Classic city property in the heart of Copenhagen
In the heart of the attractive medieval city, an undeveloped plot of land has existed since the 1960s, used as a parking lot for decades. In 2021, property developer Morten Boll and 2L built a new townhouse on the plot.
The vision was to create an ambitious, modern, green, and architecturally coherent property for the city’s residents, with mixed functions. The 2L group moved into the modern office facilities on the first floor of Store Regnegade in October 2021.
