Overview of property portfolio and development projects.

The group's activities within real estate investments consist of a portfolio of commercial properties located primarily in the Greater Copenhagen area, where the group manages the operation and development of the properties.

Over the years, 2L has developed several properties in both residential and commercial use. Some of these properties we have chosen to retain in our own portfolio, which is further supplemented with purchased properties. All properties have good locations and solid tenants.
